*TRAILSIDE GALLERIES IN SCOTTSDALE ARIZONA HOLIDAY SHOWCASE SALE*
December 1st to the 31st-
Trailside Galleries is pleased to present its annual Holiday Miniature Show, featuring a month long display of all new small works by the gallery artists. This select group of paintings and sculpture will feature a variety of subjects including western, landscape, impressionism, still-life and figurative works. The gallery will host a festive Holiday reception on Thursday, December 3rd from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. This night was chosen to fall in conjunction with other Scottsdale galleries having holiday shows to make it a “gallery strolling” event. As the expression goes, “good things come in small packages.” Small paintings and sculpture are delightful stocking stuffers for both the seasoned art connoisseur and the novice art collector! Throughout the month of December, a large area of the gallery floor will be devoted to highlighting these small masterpieces by many of the county’s most renowned artists.
*COORS WESTERN ART SHOW AND SALE*
The 2010 Coors Western Art Exhibit and Sale will open with a Red Carpet Reception on Wednesday, January 6, 2010. Advance reservations (prior to December 15, 2009) are $150.00 per person; after December 15th, they are $175.00. The Night of Artist Art Sale and Gala takes place in San Antonio over two nights in March. It features approximately 55 artist who cover a broad spectrum of media and subject matter within the genre of Western American Art. Night of the Artists introduces important new artists to attendees every year: 40 percent of the artist in the 2009 sale were first time participants. The event includes a preview part on March 25 and, during the sale on March 26, an elegant gourmet dinner.
